1976

Deltomed Laboratories was founded in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan and launched Pil Ampuh as the first product, followed by various other products.

 

1988

Purwanto Rahardjo, who innovated Pil Kita product through PT Marguna, acquired Delto. He then moved the production facility from Banjarmasin to Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah.

 
 
 

1992

Purwanto Rahardjo’s son, Mulyo Rahardjo, began his career in the marketing department after completing his education in the United States in 1992. He then led the company and became the Chief Executive Officer until now.

 

2018

Delto has developed a variety of trusted products including Antangin® Habbatussauda, Antangin Junior®, Kojima, Herbana® as well as OB herbal® that went through a thorough research & development process by trusted pharmacists with guaranteed effectiveness, quality and safety.

Purwanto Rahardjo

President Commissioner

  • Purwanto Rahardjo was Delto’s main pioneer since its humble beginning as a home industry. The company then grew so rapidly that it became a modern herbal medicine manufacturer that it is today. After stepping down as the CEO, he still actively contributes to the company as Delto’s commissioner, a position he has held since 1992.

    Purwanto is still active to monitor the company’s growth and make sure it is in line with the vision and mission that has been determined from the beginning. So Delto can continue contributing and giving impact to people’s well being.

Maurits D.R. Lalisang

Independent Commissioner

  • Born in Makassar, Maurits has extensive management, operational and business expertise. Prior to his appointment as Independent Commissioner in 2014, Maurits held various leadership roles, including Sales director, Home Care Director, Corporate Relations Director, Foods Director and CEO of a global consumer company. He is also a Partner of a renowned investment company.

    He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Indonesia and attended the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of the University of Chicago, United States.

Mulyo Rahardjo

Chief Executive Officer

  • Enjoying life by exercising and traveling makes him always excited about his busy activities. That is how the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Deltomed Laboratories, who has joined since 1992. He has experienced various things since he took office, such as the scale of the company that grew, to the ups and downs in building Delto. This makes him increasingly challenged to continue to make herbal products that can be consumed by the public for health by utilizing local wisdom and ingredients in the midst of the times.

    Making the habit of drinking herbs and herbs as a lifestyle of modern society is done to respond to changes in consumer behavior today. This is supported by using high-tech production, current marketing strategies and having a positive impact on society. The transformation was carried out comprehensively, one of which was by applying Research & Development in all units as a long-term company investment. As well as implementing a culture of giving employees the opportunity to experiment and be creative freely.

 

Junius Rahardjo

Chief Operating Officer

  • In the midst of his busy activities, Junius Rahardjo, our Delto’s COO, makes frequent visits to Perth, Australia just to enjoy a city ride, as well as to Tokyo, Japan. His big responsibilities to make sure smooth production, distribution and employee productivity can be a challenge. But with his capacity and experience in product development and manufacturing, any challenges encountered can be overcome. In addition, risk mitigation is applied to all teams, in every company's value chain to consumers.

    He prioritizes efficiency by cutting production stages in order to improve the quality and quantity of products. He is very strict in maintaining the efficacy, flavor, and packaging from production, distribution until the products are received by consumers. Subsequently, his hope that Delto becomes the pioneer and leading herbal company is not impossible to achieve. Certainly with the ability to adapt changes and continuous innovation.

Andreas Subekti

Commissioner

  • Andreas Subekti, who is known as Andi, started his career in 2007 as the Founder and Managing Director of BPM, a distribution company. He joined the company in 2011 as Vice Managing Director and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Chief Strategy Officer, before becoming Deputy CEO in 2017. His career continued, he became the Head of Project Portfolio at Salim Group before rejoining Delto as Deputy CEO in 2021 and Commissioner in 2023. Andi received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and holds a master’s degree in Strategic Management from Prasetiya Mulya University.

Lanny Kurniawati

Chief Financial Officer

  • Lanny has extensive finance, management, operational and business expertise. Prior to joining Delto as Chief Financial Officer, she has a history of accomplishment and leadership roles as Chief Accounting Officer and Finance Director at a leading consumer company as well as retail company.
